A new survey finds shortages of qualified workers are problems in the U.S. and around the world.

The employment firm Manpower Inc. surveyed 33,000 employers in 23 countries and found that 44 percent of U.S. employers and 40 percent worldwide are having trouble filling positions because of a lack of suitable talent.

Not to cast doubt on the good economic news, but the country's largest recruiting, temp agency and job placement firm does a survey and finds that corporations are going to have trouble finding good workers.

Necessitating, I'm sure, the hiring of recruiters, temp agencies and job placement firms.

What a shock.

It's almost like they sponsored this survey just so they could use it in their marketing materials.

It'll send daily reminders as e-mail or SMS, and a daily itinerary for the next day, or you can get upcoming events by RSS.

The UI is full of AJAXy goodness, you can sync with Outlook, and it's free.

On the other hand, Google is supposedly releasing a calendar application soon, and when that happens I'll probably dump Airset.

Life's funny that way.
