Welcome to Shangri-La

I'm beginning the Shangri-La diet to help try to lose weight.

I'm starting with 2 Tbls. of extra-light olive oil and 3 Tbls. of sugar a day.

After taking the ELOO last night and this morning, I've had very little hunger today. I've thought noticably less about food, and haven't gotten any snacks between meals.

I'm currently drinking the sugar-water for today. (2-3PM)

I'm planning to post experiences and results here, to help keep myself honest.
